Orders & Delivery

What type of ID is required?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification.

Is there an order minimum

Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location. See Delivery minimum tool below for minimum order pricing in your area.

What is your delivery range?

We deliver in the Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, Arden-Arcade, Carmicahel, Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or debit cards via Paytender (online payment gateway coming soon). If paying with cash, exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry minimal change.

How long will my order take?

Typically 45-70 minutes. Delivery time depends on time of day and location. Feel free to give us a call to get an accurate delivery time estimate.

Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?

If you have a specific delivery time preference, give us a call once you place your order 916-306-0420. Otherwise, all orders will be fulfilled in real-time during set delivery hours.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

No, our driver will head to the destination you entered when you placed your order. Make sure you’re there to receive it!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Caliva only allows returns for the incorrect product delivery or malfunctioning cartridges (within 3 days of purchasing).

Can I tip the driver?

You may, but it is not our standard policy. Our drivers are compensated fairly.

Can I get delivery to my workplace?

As long as your employer is cool with it, we’ll be there!

How do I receive customer support?

If you received the wrong order, please give us a call to report your claim. Our customer support coordinate a new delivery with the correct order.


Are my neighbors / colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.

My order arrived damaged

f your product order items are damaged, please give us a call to report your claim. Our customer support coordinate a new delivery with your replacement.

Note: If the contents of a damaged product are missing, your claim will not be accepted and may result in account suspension


What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please call us ASAP!

Can I stack deal coupons or discounts?

Deal coupons and member discounts cannot be stacked. For instance, the daily deal coupons or new-customer discounts cannot be stacked with the 1/2 Ounce Specials, or any other items that have already been discounted. Give us a call if you have further questions.
